Fresha charges a one-time 20% commission, minimum $6, on each new client who finds you through its marketplace. Returning clients carry no fee.

Is there really no per-staff fee?
No fee, on any plan. Hire a fifth stylist, a tenth, a fifteenth: the bill does not move.
How do you make money if you take nothing on payments?
The subscription. That’s the whole model, which is why there isn’t a free tier. We would rather charge you a flat price than take a percentage of everything you earn.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, and you can cancel any month. Your client data exports in one click. Coming
What am I paying for that isn’t built yet?
Nothing. SMS and the AI assistant are not available today Coming, and you are not charged for them. When they ship, the allowances on your plan apply and anything above them is billed at cost.
Do you charge to import my client list?
