Fresha charges a one-time 20% commission, minimum $6, on each new client who finds you through its marketplace. Returning clients carry no fee.

About the money.
Is there really no per-staff fee?
No fee, on any plan. Hire a fifth stylist, a tenth, a fifteenth — the bill does not move.
How do you make money if you take nothing on payments?
The subscription. That's the whole model, which is why there isn't a free tier. We would rather charge you a flat price than take a percentage of everything you earn.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. Cancel any time and your client data exports in one click. Coming
What am I paying for that isn't built yet?
Nothing. Online booking, SMS, the AI assistant and the voice agent are not available today, and you are not charged for them. When they ship, the allowances on your plan apply and anything above them is billed at cost.
Do you charge to import my client list?
No. Client import is not built yet; when it is, it will be free. Coming
