Last updated 17 September 2026. Two audiences here: business owners who contact us or subscribe, and the clients whose details those owners store in the software. The rules are different for each.
If you contact us or subscribe
We collect your name, business name, business type, team size, email, phone, what software you use now, and anything you type in the notes field. We use it to set up your account and reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not run an automated follow-up sequence, and there is no newsletter.
Text messages
We text you only if you ticked the consent box, and only about setting up your account and about Digital Crochet. We store the exact wording you agreed to, the time, and the IP address, so both of us can check later what was actually agreed. Reply STOP at any time and the texts stop. Message and data rates may apply.
Your clients' data
When you use Digital Crochet, the client records, appointment history, notes and invoices you store belong to you. We process them on your behalf so the software works, and for nothing else. We do not sell them, mine them, or use them to market to your clients. If you leave, you export them Coming and we delete our copy on request.
Payments
We do not process your card payments and we do not store card numbers.
Where it is stored and for how long
On servers in the United States. Enquiry details are kept for two years from your last contact with us. Customer data is kept for as long as you are a customer, and deleted on request after you leave.
Your choices
Email advamirbilal@gmail.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will do it within 30 days and we will not ask you why.
Cookies
This marketing site sets no cookies and runs no analytics scripts at the time of writing. If that changes, this page changes first. The app at app.digitalcrochet.com uses a session cookie to keep you logged in.
