Terms of service

What you are buying

A subscription to Digital Crochet, billed monthly in advance. What is included on each plan is listed on the pricing page. Features marked Coming are not part of what you are paying for today and are not guaranteed to arrive on any particular date.

No contract

Month to month. Cancel before your next billing date and you are not charged again. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no per-staff fee on any plan.

Payments

We do not process your card payments and we take no percentage of them. Disputes and chargebacks are handled by your own card processor, under its terms with you.

Metered features

When voice and messaging ship, each plan carries an allowance. Usage above it is billed at cost. You will be told the rate before anything is charged.

What you own

Your client records, appointment history, notes and invoices are yours. Export them in one click at any time. Coming If you leave, we do not hold them hostage and we delete our copy on request.

Your responsibilities

Keeping your login secure, having the right to store the client data you upload, and telling your clients what you do with it. You are the one with the relationship; we are the software underneath it.

Limits

We aim for the software to be available and correct, including the sales tax calculation, but we are not your accountant. Check your filings. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.

Changes

If these terms or your price change, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
