$49 to $349 a month · no per-staff fees · cancel any month
Straight answer first
Booksy is built for the solo barber and the small chair-renting shop, and it is very good at it. The marketplace genuinely sends new clients, the booking site is strong out of the box, and a one-person business pays $29.99 a month for all of it. It also moves your data across for free and gives you a person to do it with, which is more than we can say today.
If that describes you — a one- or two-chair shop that wants new clients found for it — buy theirs. The rest of this page is for the owner it does not describe.

Our column quotes the plan that size of business would buy: Starter at three, Growth from five up. Every plan has unlimited staff — the staff count does not force the plan. Starter has no packages or memberships; if you sell those it is Growth at $129 at every size, and Booksy includes them at the prices above. Figures checked 17 September 2026. Competitors change their pricing; tell us if you spot a stale number.
Read this part twice
At five staff Booksy is cheaper: $109.99 against our $129. That is their per-staff fee not having caught up with our flat price yet, and in that one column the cheaper bill is theirs.
And Booksy imports your client list for free today, with a person helping you do it. Ours is not built. Coming is an honest badge, not a working feature, and if moving your data this month is what decides it, Booksy does that and we do not.
Either side of five staff the arithmetic is ours — $69.99 against $49 at three, $209.99 and $309.99 against $129 at ten and fifteen — plus a percentage of every card sale that we do not take.
Switching from Booksy
Nobody in this market publishes this. Here is ours, including the part that is not built.
Your Booksy account stays open and stays the system of record. We set up your services, your hours, your staff and your New York tax rate, and you carry on as normal. Nothing switches today.
Automatic client import is not built yet. Coming When it is, it will be free, and this is the day it runs. Until then we agree a date and move your list by hand, and we will tell you honestly how long yours will take before you sign anything.
You work a full week on ours with Booksy still open behind you. If the week goes badly you have lost nothing. If it goes well, you cancel Booksy — month to month, so there is nothing to buy your way out of — and the second bill stops.
Your clients keep their history, their notes and their appointments. We never list them anywhere, never contact them on our own behalf, and never charge you for one of them booking with you.
