What does it cost?
It is priced per project. We look at what you have, then quote in writing before any work starts.
What counts as IT infrastructure?
The machines and accounts the business runs on: laptops and the front-desk computer, an account for each person, email on your own domain, shared files, the wifi and the backups.
Do you look after it after it is set up?
If you want that, we price it with the job and put in writing what we look after and what it costs each month. If you do not, we set it up, hand you the list of accounts, and that is the end of it.
What happens when a member of staff leaves?
Their access ends the same day, and their email and their files stay with the business. We set it up that way so it does not depend on anybody remembering.
What do you need from me?
A list of the machines and accounts you use, who uses what, and admin access to the email and the domain.
